Services and Pricing
Effective from: 12 August 2026
This Services and Pricing document supplements Vahti Service Oy's Terms of Service. It applies to new self-service Vahti subscriptions and add-ons ordered separately in the Service. The order view shown to the Customer before confirmation and the order confirmation determine the exact price, quantity, billing period, and effective date of the Customer's order.
All prices are in euros excluding value-added tax. Applicable value-added tax is added to the prices. A campaign, discount, offer, or written agreement separately communicated to the Customer takes precedence over the list prices in this Schedule.

Vahti includes up to 10 Customer Vahti users. The number of Vahti users and the number of billable Microsoft 365 users are separate quantities and are determined in accordance with the Terms of Service.
If the billable Microsoft 365 user count could not be verified at the time of order, the subscription may begin with the base fee. The verified per-user quantity and fee are added to the subscription in accordance with the Terms of Service.

A new self-service order for the GDPR file review is not offered when the verified user count is 200 or more. An already active add-on may continue in its current pricing tier until otherwise agreed or the price is changed in accordance with the Terms of Service.
A move to a higher pricing tier takes effect immediately and may be charged on a prorated basis for the remaining subscription period. A move to a lower pricing tier takes effect at the beginning of the next billing period.
The GDPR file review identifies personal-data and retention-related signals in supported Microsoft 365 files. It is not legal advice, a GDPR audit, certification, or a guarantee of the Customer's compliance. The processing performed by the feature is described in more detail in Vahti Service Oy's Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
3. Additional Vahti User Package

Each additional package increases the Customer's Vahti user limit by five. An increase in package quantity takes effect immediately and may be charged on a prorated basis. A reduction in quantity takes effect at the beginning of the next billing period.
4. Billing Period, Trial, and Termination
Add-ons follow the monthly or annual billing period of the Vahti base subscription. Monthly prices are charged monthly and annual prices annually unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated in the order view, the Vahti subscription includes a seven-day trial. An add-on confirmed during the trial may become available immediately, but paid billing for it begins when the trial ends together with the Vahti subscription.
Activation of an add-on and an increase in quantity take effect immediately. Cancellation of an add-on and a reduction in quantity take effect at the beginning of the next billing period. An add-on ends no later than the Vahti base subscription.
5. Enterprise, MSP, and Legacy Subscriptions
Prices, user limits, add-ons, billing, and service levels for Vahti Enterprise are determined by a separate order document or agreement.
Prices and user limits for the Service delivered through an MSP partner are determined by the partner agreement and any applicable end-customer agreement.
The base price, billing model, or tax treatment of a Basic or Premium subscription entered into before 5 August 2026 is not changed automatically under this Schedule. A legacy Basic Customer has a Vahti user limit of 10 and may order the add-ons described in this Schedule at the prices shown at the time of order.
