Vahti's user-based pricing is calculated based on the customer's own active Microsoft user accounts. External guest accounts, shared mailboxes, or users without a paid license are not counted as users.

Value-added tax (VAT) is added to the prices. The exact price, the number of Microsoft 365 users to be billed, and the billing period are always displayed before the order is confirmed.

How is the price of Vahti calculated?

The price consists of a company-specific base fee and the number of billable Microsoft 365 users. Additional features are billed separately only if the customer enables them.

Who counts as a billable Microsoft 365 user?

The counter includes active internal users within the organization who, based on successful synchronization, are known to have a paid, user-specific Microsoft 365 license. Guest users, blocked users, and users identified as free, in trial, or unlicensed are not included.

Is it difficult to set up?

No. In most cases, connecting to the Microsoft 365 environment takes only a few minutes. The first comprehensive overview is ready once Vahti has processed the necessary data sources.

Will Vahti make changes to our Microsoft 365 environment?

No. The monitor uses documented read permissions, displays findings, and provides correction instructions. The customer decides for themselves what changes to make and when.

Can I try out Vahti before deciding to buy it?

Yes. A new self-service subscription includes a seven-day trial.

What is the difference between Vahti and Vahti Enterprise?

Vahti Enterprise includes the same key security features as Vahti. The difference lies in the delivery model: billing, implementation, support, and other terms of service are agreed upon on a customer-by-customer basis.

What if we have an IT partner?

Vahti also works well with an IT partner. The partner can assist with processing findings and implement changes approved by the customer

Is a GDPR review the same thing as a GDPR audit?

No. The GDPR check identifies signals related to personal data, sharing, and retention requirements in supported Microsoft 365 files for the organization to evaluate. It does not make legal determinations or guarantee the organization’s compliance.
